Take advantage of the FREE EXCHANGE if the product does not fit. No need to pay twice for logistics: a refund and a new delivery are at our expense.

If the purchased product does not suit you, you can easily exchange it for a similar product or equivalent items within 7 calendar days after delivery. The exchange will be free if it is a final exchange. We will pick up the returned item and deliver the new one for free.

Please note that a product that does not have traces of wear and fitting, has retained its original appearance, factory labels, seals, is subject to exchange. We kindly ask you to do the fitting carefully, avoiding mechanical damage, cosmetics and perfumes on the product. If the item doesn't fit you and you change your mind about making a purchase, don't tear off the tags, labels, and seals.

Before applying for an exchange, please make sure that the product complies with the return policy.:
  • the product has its original appearance: unworn, not subjected to washing or dry cleaning, undamaged and unused.
  • After fitting, there are no traces of cosmetics or perfumes on the product.
  • the terms of the exchange were met.
The exchange is carried out only through the Pony Express/CDEK courier service.
**We will not be able to accept a stand-alone exchange or one sent by any other courier services**
To make an exchange, follow the instructions
1. Please make sure that the returned item has its original appearance, has no traces of socks and traces of cosmetics and perfumes after fitting. The tags, labels, and seals are preserved.

2. Please make sure that the deadlines are met (the exchange application must be completed within 7 days)

3.Fill out the form below. The application processing period is 1 business day (the application is processed by the managers strictly on working days Mon-Fri from 9:00 to 18:00)
4. We will contact you to arrange the exchange procedure on working days from 9:00 to 18:00

5. Pack the returned items hermetically in a box or bag.

6. Give the courier the prepared parcel and the return invoice (the return invoice is attached to each parcel in paper form). The courier will not be able to accept the parcel without a return invoice.

7. The exchange is carried out only after receipt and thorough verification of the returned goods. In case of non-compliance with the return rules (the presence of traces of socks or traces of cosmetics or perfume after fitting, the absence of tags, labels and seals), the exchange will be refused and the parcel will be returned to the buyer at his expense.

8. After receiving and verifying the returned item, we will send it to your specified email address with the tracking number for the parcel within 1-2 business days.
